Straight answers, then a person
These are the questions we are asked every day. The assistant answers them instantly — and for anything about a specific item it hands you to our staff.

Angel Drugstore Malolos is open 24/7, so there is always someone at the counter.
Then come straight to Malolos — we are open 24/7, including holidays. Once a staff member confirms it is on the shelf, you can be there in minutes.
If this is a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room instead of waiting for a reply.
Medicines
No — and we would rather say so than have you make a trip for something we may not have.
The lists on this site are our most-requested items only, and stock changes every day. They are a guide, not a stock list.
For an accurate answer on a specific item — brand, strength, pack size, price or availability — message a staff member. They check the shelf and reply, and they can also tell you about items that are not listed here at all.
Prescription medicines are dispensed in store only, with a prescription from your doctor. We do not upload, review or sell prescriptions online — Philippine pharmacy rules require the pharmacist to see you and the prescription.
Bring the prescription to the Malolos or Sta. Maria branch and our pharmacist will help you. If a medicine needs to be ordered, we will tell you the expected arrival before you pay.
Stock moves fast, so we do not publish counts — a number on a page could be wrong by lunchtime, and only our most-requested items are listed here anyway.
Send us the item name, the brand if you prefer one, and the quantity. Our staff will check the shelf and reply with what is available. If we do not have it, we will tell you when it arrives or suggest an equivalent.
We keep prices in the conversation rather than on the website, because supplier prices and pack sizes change often — and we would rather quote you correctly than quote you yesterday's number.
Tell us the item and quantity, and a staff member will reply with the current price, plus any generic or bulk option that costs less. If it is not listed here, ask anyway — we may still carry it.
Almost always — and we will offer it. Ask our staff for the generic equivalent of the brand you were prescribed or are used to, and they will quote both so you can choose.
If the doctor specified a brand, or you are on a maintenance medicine where the brand matters, our pharmacist will say so rather than switch it for you.
Our pharmacists are happy to advise on dose, timing, interactions and how to take what you were prescribed — that is part of the job.
What they cannot do is diagnose over chat or choose a medicine for symptoms they cannot see. For that, please see a doctor first; then bring the prescription to us and we will take care of it properly.
Medical supplies & wholesale
Yes — we supply clinics, barangay health centers, schools, offices and resellers through our medical supplies counter.
Wholesale inquiries: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
To get a quotation, send us the item, the quantity and your delivery area. Our staff will reply with availability and the best price for your volume.
Everyday clinic and home-care items: gloves, masks, syringes, alcohol swabs, gauze and dressings, micropore tape, BP monitors, glucose meters and strips, nebulizers and kits, oxygen cannula, wheelchairs, crutches and canes, sharps containers, and other clinic consumables.
The list on our Medical supplies page covers what we are asked for most — it is not everything we stock. Send your full requirement and we will quote it.
Yes. Barangay health centres, rural health units, private clinics and company clinics are a regular part of our wholesale counter.
Send us your item list with quantities (and any brand or specification your office requires) and we will prepare a quotation. Counter hours for these orders are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Yes — folding wheelchairs, adjustable crutches, walking canes, commode chairs, nebulizers, BP and glucose monitors, and pulse oximeters.
Equipment is best confirmed before a trip, because models and stock vary. Message us and we will tell you what is on hand, the sizes, and whether we can deliver it.
Sorry, we do not sell or refill oxygen tanks.
We may have related supplies like nasal cannulas and nebulizers. Message our staff and they will check what is on the shelf.
Ordering, payment & delivery
Three simple steps:
- Find the item here and tap Ask on Messenger.
- A staff member confirms stock, price and how you will receive it.
- Pick it up at the branch, or send a Lalamove or Grab rider (we can book one for you).
Everything is handled by a person: no account, no online payment, no waiting on an automated system.
Yes, two ways:
- Send your own rider. Once staff confirm your order is ready, book a Lalamove or Grab rider to pick it up from the branch.
- Or ask us to book one. Our staff can book the rider for you.
Either way, the rider fee is paid by you, directly to the rider. We charge no service fee.
Bulky equipment like wheelchairs may need a bigger vehicle, so ask first.
We accept cash, GCash, Maya, bank transfer and card. For wholesale accounts we can discuss terms; ask our staff.
Nothing is paid on this website. For Messenger orders, staff confirm the exact amount first, so you never pay for something that is not in stock.
For safety reasons, medicines and consumables cannot be returned once they have left the counter.
But if we gave you the wrong item, an expired product, or something damaged, we will always make it right — bring it back with the receipt and message us first so we can prepare the replacement.
About us
We are Angel Drugstore and Farmacia San Jose, one family of drugstores in Bulacan.
- Angel Drugstore Malolos: open 24/7
- Farmacia San Jose Main, Malolos: medical supplies and wholesale, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

This website shows what we carry, answers common questions, and then hands you to a real person on Messenger.
This website collects nothing — no account, no form, no tracking. Your questions are answered here in the browser only.
When you message us on Messenger, that conversation is handled by Facebook under their rules. We use what you send only to answer your question and to prepare your order. Ask our staff if you want something deleted from our records.
Thank you for your interest. Message us with your name, your experience and the branch you prefer, and we will pass it to the person handling hiring.
Still not answered?
Message us with the item name and the quantity, and a staff member will reply — that is always faster than any website.
