What this website does with your information
Short version: nothing. There are no accounts, no forms, no cart and no trackers here, so there is nothing about you for us to keep.
On this website
- We do not ask you to register, log in or submit a form.
- We do not collect your name, number, email or location.
- We do not use advertising or profiling trackers.
- Questions you type into the assistant are answered inside your own browser and are not sent to us or stored by us.
Because of that, this site cannot be the place where an order or a prescription is sent. Everything involving your details happens in a conversation with a person, where you can see who you are talking to.
When you message us
Our staff answer through our Facebook page, so that conversation is handled by Meta under their own privacy terms. What you send there — your name, your question, a photo of a list or a prescription — is used only to answer you and to prepare what you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Prescription medicines
Medicines that require a prescription are dispensed in store, with the prescription physically presented to the pharmacist. We do not receive prescription images through this website at all.
Asking us to delete something
If you have messaged us and want your details or a photo removed from our records, just ask in the same conversation. Where the law requires us to keep a dispensing record, we will tell you exactly what we must keep and for how long.
Questions
Message any branch and ask for the person handling data privacy, or come to the counter. We will answer in writing.
