No service fee for ordering through us
No account or PIN to remember
No payment on this website
Malolos open 24/7 — any hour, any day
1
Message us on Messenger
Fastest — what most customers use
Send your list, a photo of the empty box, or a photo of the prescription. A staff member checks the shelf while you chat.
Chat with the branch you prefer
Confirm the item, the price and how you will receive it
Pick it up at the counter, or send a Lalamove or Grab rider to collect it
Example: Ana in Malolos needs her mother's blood-pressure medicine. She messages the Malolos branch with the name and strength; staff confirm stock and price, prepare it, and she collects it the same evening.
2
Call the branch
Best if you are driving or in a hurry
Ring the counter and place the order by voice. Useful when the item is awkward to describe in a chat.
Call the branch you want to collect from
Give the item, strength and quantity, and the time you will arrive
Pick up and pay at the counter
Example: You are on the road and realise you have run out of your maintenance medicine. You call the Sta. Maria branch, ask them to prepare a box, and collect it on the way home.
Order and pay for medicine in one place, and have it served to a person you name at any of our branches.
Message or call us with the order and the beneficiary's name
Tell us which branch they will collect from and roughly when
We text or message your beneficiary the reference, and they collect it — you can pay at the counter or transfer first
Example: You work in Manila; your father is in Sta. Maria. You message us his maintenance medicines, pay by transfer, and he simply walks in, gives his name, and collects them.
4
Delivery by Lalamove or Grab
Send your own rider, or we book one
Once your order is ready, send your own Lalamove or Grab rider to pick it up — or ask us to book one for you. The rider fee is paid by you, directly to the rider.
Send your area, the items and the quantity
We confirm the items and the price, and tell you when it is ready
Book your rider to our branch, or ask us to book one. Bulky equipment may need a bigger vehicle
Example: Your lola in Malolos needs her maintenance medicine but cannot go out. You message the Malolos branch, staff confirm the price and prepare it, and you book a Lalamove rider to bring it to her door.

Wholesale & institutional quotation
Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
By the box or by the case for clinics, barangay health centers, schools, offices and resellers.
Send your item list with quantities and any brand or specification required
Our supplies counter replies with availability and the best price for your volume
Confirm, then collect or have it delivered — payment on release or by account terms
Example: A rural health unit needs 20 boxes of gloves, 10 boxes of alcohol swabs and 500 pieces of gauze. We quote per case so the unit saves, and release the stock in one go.
6
Just walk in
Malolos is open 24/7
No appointment, no account, no queue ticket from a website. Bring the empty box or the prescription and talk to a person.
Come to Malolos (any hour) or Sta. Maria (7am–8pm)
Tell the pharmacist or staff member what you need
Pay at the counter and take it home
Example: It is 2:00 AM and a child has a fever. The Malolos branch is open, so you walk in and a staff member helps you immediately.
Medicines that require a prescription are dispensed in store, by our pharmacist, with the prescription physically presented. We do not accept prescription photos through this website or through chat for dispensing — you bring the prescription to Malolos or Sta. Maria, and we take it from there. If a medicine is not on the shelf, the pharmacist will tell you how long it will take before you pay anything.
Message us and describe your situation — “I need it tonight”, “it is for my mother in Sta. Maria”, “our clinic needs 20 boxes”. We will tell you the quickest route.
